The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated the lovely toiletries provided in the room, alongside a convenient kettle and hairdryer. the water temperature in the shower was consistently lukewarm. Breakfast was plentiful, but warm plates would have improved the experience. The atmosphere in the bar was cozy, especially with a welcoming fire, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

Amazing staff and comfy beds!
The staff were super friendly, and I loved our room with the king size bed. It was all new and fresh. The breakfast was a feast! They had everything from pancakes to smoked fish, yum! Just a bummer that the room was a bit on the smaller side for my taste.

The hotel boasts a prime location close to various attractions, making it easy to explore the city. They do offer complimentary bottles of water with a loyalty status, which is a nice touch if you have it.
The rooms are quite compact, especially for the price you pay, leaving little space to move around comfortably. During my stay, the shower had a persistent leak and the air conditioning took ages to figure out, leaving the room either too cold or too stuffy. Some of the décor feels outdated and shows signs of wear, with stained furniture and curtains that don’t close properly. Noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms made for a restless night, and the wait for the bar service was excessive, leaving us feeling neglected. it seems like the amenities and features could use a refresh to match the expectations set by their premium pricing.
